This document can be used as a grid for structuring the qualitative information and for indicating which information is wanted. A first part describes the technical organisation of the follow-up, a second part handles the qualitative information where useful grouped by agrienvironmental scheme. The deadline for the first part is 17th of February 2006. The second part should be submitted before the end of April 2006.
