The main goal of this research is taking a comparison between results and positive or negative effects related to execution of tribes settlement project in two location of Cheshmeh Rahman & Golafshan. For this purpose our principal aims include: recognition of social-economical specialties of nomad families in our project. Our results that catched from project were related to comparison between two location and project,s goals. Informations that was needed in this research collected with survey method from all families resident in two location. The result of examination show that social and economical goals related to settlement project of these two locations can be summarize in five category: partnership increasement of tribes people, promotion of social welfare, taking equilibrium between animal and pasture, increasement of money income and recovery of employement level. Our aquired results in two locations were not identical because the circumstances were different .The poroject was in form of "conductive resident development" in Golafshan location, whereas project executed as "spontaneous resident development" in Cheshmeh rahman. In rahman spring location the nomadism people had low expences and they could use all capabilities for earning a livelihood, therefore with attention to these cases they were more successful rather that other location. We can summarize the project deficiencies as below: disability in allocation oflong term loan to tribes people, disability in paying back loan, no availability for needed residentel foundation in Golafshan location, unprepared equipments and possibilities needed for residence in Cheshmeh Rahman, no accuracy in estimation of water sources in Golafshan location and limited sources for money income and earning a livelihood. Key words: nomadism people, emmigrant nomadism, nomadism residence, conductive resident development, spontaneous resident development.
