Using nanosilver as a clinical trails , is carried out in current report. Nanocid in 2ppm and 4 ppm(some times 40 ppm) ,were used as aerosols and orally in 4 broilers farms in Isfahan and Yazd provinces with a total population of 86900, based on the results disinfectant capacities of nanocid were approved and its in vitro antibacterial activity was in 40 ppm of concentration, and its antiviral activity followed by serological titration in farm for AI and IB. Nanosilver residues and its accumulation in different organs of broilers , were studied by sampling of all edible and in edible offal's of randomly selected birds before slaughtering, the technical evaluation methods were MNSR (Neutron activation of atoms) , regarding to the conclusion all of samples has at least 131 ppb silver residues. The individual residues in ppb were as 131 for spleen, 132 for Gizzard, , 144 for heart, 147 for kidney, 160 for lung, 168 for Breast muscles, 172 for femur muscles, 185 for liver, 194 for skin, 557 for Cloacal Feces and 3890 for litter feces. The ANOVA (Duncan) of the data (p0.05), were carried out and Cloacal fecal Ag contents significantly was greater than others. Key words: Nanosilver ,Nanocid ,Broiler ,Trial ,Silver ,Residues
