In order to investigate the effect of Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn and their residual effects on forage sorghum yield, an experiment was carried out as RCBD with 3 replications in Agriculture Research station of Birjand during 3 years . 10 treatments were included 1.NPK 2.NPK + (Fe,Zn,Mn) 3.NPK+ Mg 4.NPK+ Zn 5.NPK+Zn+114n 6.NPK+Fe 7.NPK+ZN+Fe 8.NPK+Mn+Fe 9. NPK+(Fe+Zn+Mn) 10. NPK+Mn All of fertilizers were used as soil application but in number 9 treatment Fe , Zn and Mn were used as folior application. The Result of the first year Showed that 1st and 9th treatment with average 6624 and 9066 kg/ha had the highest and the lowest yield respectively. In order to investigate the residual effect of Fe, Mg,Zn and Mn, the yield of 2nd and 3rd years were compared . the results showed that Zn and Mn had the highest residual effect because 5th treatment had 15% and 7% yield increment relative to control in 2nd 3rd respectively. but 3rd and 6th treatments with 1-2% yield increment relative to control had the lowest residual effect. The concentrtion of above mentioned elements in control and intreatment was compared and results showed that Zn, Mn ,Mg and Fe sulphetes increased the element concentration ,this increment was significant about Zn and Mg at 1% and 5% probability level respectively but was not significant about Mn and Fe .
