Chino. 通过菌液浸泡的方法接种10株内生菌于尾巨桉幼苗，随之将幼苗进行铝胁迫试验，胁迫处理10d后，测量各项生理生化指标：过氧化物酶（SOD）、丙二醛含量（MDA）及游离脯氨酸（PRO）含量。处理D、A和E的过氧化物酶含量分别增加53.11%、38.80%和37.97%；处理A、D和E的丙二醛含量分别减少50.33%、48.33%和44.54%；处理D、A和E的游离脯氨酸含量分别增加50.84%、35.75%和32.96%。菌种A、D、E具有较强的提高植株铝胁迫抗性的能力，可以尝试进行推广试验。
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. Aluminum stress was conducted on the seedlings of E. urophylla × E. grandis by ten kinds of eucalypt endophytic fungus immersion. The measurements of SOD content, MDA content and PRO content after ten days, showed that compared with the control the contents of SOD increased by 53.11%, 38.80% and 37.97% in treatments D, A and E; and the contents of MDA decreased by 50.33%, 48.33% and 44.54% in treatments D, A and E; and the contents of PRO increased by 50.84%, 35.75% and 32.96% in treatments D, A and E After inoculated with No. A, No. D, and No. E fungus, the aluminum-resistant capability of eucalyptus improved: greatly. It is worth popularization.
