25 low neurotoxin content materials (Low B-ODAP) from origin of ICARDA were evaluated as simple lattice design under rainfed conditions in Maragheh and Zanjn research stations during spring 2013. There was significant differences (P0.01) between different lines regarding days to flowering, plant height, hundred kernel weight and biomass yield in Maragheh. In Zanjan research station, there was significant difference just in terms of days to flowering and plant height. It was concluded that Low B-ODAP materials were not significantly different from local check regarding the most studied agronomic characteristics and should be evaluated in the advanced experiments.
