In order to study the various aspects of agronomy, crop rotation effects on economic and technical sustainability of wheat production in Golestan province, this research project were counducted in the Agriculture and Natural Resources Research Center of Golestan Province for seven years since 2005 to 2012 . In these experiments, the effects of some parameters such as crop rotations, yield, yield components, weeds, plant diseases, soil microbial population, water use efficiency were studied. Exp.a:This project was conducted during two periods for six years (2003-2011) in agricultural research station of Gorgan. During the first period (2003-2006) experiment were done with a split-plot design based on a randomized complete blocks design (RCBD), with three replications. Main plots consisted of five crop rotations:1-wheatcanolasoybean,3-heatcanolacorn and ,5- wheatfallowsoybean,2-wheatcanolacottoncanolawheat and 6- wheat soybean wheat. Vertical factor included six cultivars;1- Tajan, 2-N-80-19, 3-Morvarid, 4-Moghan, 5-Arta and 6-Darya. Results showed, the rotations in the first and second years were not significantly different, but in crop year (2010-2011) the highest grain yield was achieved in Rot. 6. Continiuous cultivation of wheat
