In order to Study and preliminary yield comparison of oilseed rape lines, 10 lines along with two cultivars Okapi and Modena as check cultivars were evaluated in Karaj, Islamabad, Hamadan, Esfahan, Mashhad, Zarghan, Arak and Zanjan in 2011-2013 cropping seasons using randomized complete block design with three replications. During the farming season all agronomic traits such as days to start flowering, end of flowering, plant height, number of seeds per pod, number of pods on main stem, number of branches, total pods per plant, maturity were recorded. Based on the results of the seven sites of experiment Lines L14, HL2012, L155, wpn-6, and HL3721 with 3405, 3314, 3313, 3161 and 3157 kg/ha seed yield respectively were superior than check variety Okapi which ranked 12 with 2946 kg/ha seed yield. Selected lines with high yield and suitable traits will be evaluated in advanced yield triales in cold and mild cold regions in two years.
