In order to assessment 19 late pure line of soybean, an experiment was conducted as randomized complete block design in Gorgan, Mazandaran and Mogan in 2012-2013. The cultivation was summer crop and the lines were evaluated based on seed yield and other agronomic characterizations. Seed yield showed significant differences in two years and the highest seed yield produced in 2012 with 3552 kg/ha. Also seed yield was different in three location and the highest belonged to Mazandaran with 3659 kg/ha and Gorgan and Mogan produced similar seed yield about 3165 kg/ha. Seed yield varied between pure lines and the line of number 16 from Accomac xYagutsa combination produced the highest seed yield with 3728 and the Hamilton xSahar combination produced the lowest seed yield with 2662 kg/ha. The better lines from this study will evaluated in on farm condition to release new variety of soybean
