Identifying and collecting and Morphological Evaluating of Genetic Rosource lentil in Province of Khorasan.

In respect to the danger of deterioration of lentil germplasm, it is very important to recogenize, collect and conserve these natuaral resources and use of these genetic diversity for breeding programs, this study was conducted for recogenistion, collection, conservation and morphological evaluation of Khorasan lentil germplasm. Along with the four years of expriment, 448 lentil sample was collected after primary studies. sample forms was recorded for each accission completly and materials were divided into two section after collection, one of these was sent to National plant Gene Bank IRAN for conservation and the other two was planted for morphological studies. Sixteen trails were recorded Inclouding of day to 50% Flowering day to 90% maturity, biomass in kg/ha seed yield in kg/ha, 100 seed weight in grm plant hight in Cm, hight to frist pod in em, Geographical origin, seed number perpod harvest index, Tendril lenght, leaflet size, cotyledon color, leaf pubesence testa pattern color, seed diameter, seed thickenes Results from statistical analysis showed that lentil genetic resources have the largest and coefficient of variations on same very various of above traits such as seed perpod, leaf pubesence, harvest index, testa pattern color, cotyledon color, leaflet size, 100 seed weight, seed yield and tendril lenght. Other trails had the less variability these is a significant difference (P= 0.01) for these trails at different location calculating the simple correlation coefficient showed that, seed yield had a significant and positive correlation with Biological Yield, plant height, seed number perpod, harvest index and seed diameter. Calculating of estimated regression equations for seed yield based on other trails showed that the harvest index. Biological yield and plant height had the most share at increasing of yeild . Claster analysis showed that, genetic follows with geographical variation in some extent. Five clusters were determined. Significant test of area average with total average mean determination extent of variations stantard deviation, coefficient of variations, Frequency accomplished distribution carve arid histogram for all of traits was accomplished.
