Evaluating,Regeneration and selection Genetic Diversity of Iranian cumin landraces.

In order to study the genetical variation local cumin in national plant gene bank of Iran. 50 samples from defferent provinces were planted in Research from of Khorasan Agricultural Reasearch Center. This study was conducted for regeneration and morphological evaluation of cimin germplasm. Along with the one years of experiment 50 cumin samples was studies. seven trails were recorded including of day to 50% Flowering, day to 9% maturity, seed yield in kg/ha 1000 seed weight in g, plant height in cm. growth type and number plant/ Plot. Statistical measures such as: Mean, coefficient of variation, cluster Analys, correlation and regression coefficients and a model for yeild estimation on were calculated. Results from statistical analysis showed that cumin gentic Resources have the larg and coefficient of variation on same various of above. Caculating the simple correlation cofficient showed that, seed yeild had a significant and positive correlation with plant hight, growth type, number plant/ plot, 1000 seed weight and day to 90% maturity. Calculating of estimated regression equation four number plant/ plot, day to 90% maturity and 1000 seed weight had the post share at increasing of yield for cluster were determined.
