In order to investigation the effects of fenugreek seed powder and garlic powder on performance , immune system and egg quality traits of laying hens , an experiment was conducted as completely randomized design with six treatments and replicate .the length of experiment period was 84 day . treatments were; control (without additive), control + 1% garlic powder + 0/5 % fenugreek seed powder, control + 0/5 % fenugreek seed powder, control + 1 % garlic powder + 1 % fenugreek seed powder, control + 1 % garlic powder, control + 1 % fenugreek seed powder .immune system was studied by injection of sheep red blood cell (SRBC) and determination of antibody level in to random samples in each replicate .blood cholesterol level also was measured. Egg quality traits were recorded each four weeks during total experiment period .performance traits such as FCR , egg production percent , egg mass , feed intake , were measured once a week and weight twice a week . Data were analyzed by SPSS software and means of traits were compared by Duncan multiple range test. Effect of various levels of fenugreek powder and garlic powder to improve FCR, percentage production, egg weight, egg weight and feed intake were not significant in the whole period , However, the numerical superiority of all experimental groups compared to the control group were treated with the best average of the 1% garlic powder + 1% fenugreek seed powder. In terms of quality treatments, including egg weight, egg specific gravity, shell thickness and shell weight were not significantly different from controls.only a single measurement of HU treatment compared to the control group was significantly Treated with the highest dose of 1% garlic powder + 0/5% fenugreek powder, respectively. Groups of experimental immune-related properties in antibody titers to sheep red blood cells (SRBC) and immunoglobulin (IGg) was a significant. the best treatment was 1% garlic powder. And the antibody titer against Newcastle disease, immunoglobulin (IGm), heterophil, lymphocyte, lymphocyte toheterophilratioand white blood cells were not significant. A significant decrease in the levels of blood fats (LDL) than controls emerged that the best treatment was 1% garlic powder. And egg yolk cholesterol and total cholesterol were not significantly. In other blood parameters, calcium, phosphorus, total protein, globulin and albumin, hematocrit was no significant, but the blood albumin and red blood cells were significant. The best treatment was 1% garlic powder. Overall, the experimental group 1% garlic powder + 1% fenugreek seed powder and 1% garlic powder treated better answers on performance cholesterol, blood and immuneparameters showed.
