Considering, increased demand for the consumption of animal protein especially mutton, It is necessary to attach great importance to breeding of sheep for producing more meat. One of the metod of increasing its production is to increase lambing rate that we can achieve to this important aim by nourishment. Flushing is a nourishment method for increasing lambing rate. The purpose of this study is to determine the most suitable level of protein in flushing diet in Lori Bakhtiari sheep. There for, in autumn, 3 flocks including 150 ewes are selected and were divided in to 5 groups in Shahrekord, Gahru city and Vanan village and they received daily ration 12-15% of 300 grams of protein two weeks before conjugation until the end of breeding season. The basic ration was pasture.Obtained results showed that there was statistical significance between treatment groups and control groups considering the numbers of parous ewes (P0.05) As in groups 12% and 14% protein is 97.6% and groups of 13% and 15% protein is 94.3% and in the control group 86.6%. considering lambing rate there was a statistical significance between groups (P0.05). The lambing rate in control groups and treatment groups 12-15% was in this order 93.3%, 114.3%, 115%, 122% and 108%. As a result of, in this study by using flushing diet lambing rate have been increased above 21.5% more than the control group, and it is defined that the ration containing 14% protein has the most effects on operation of reproduction of this breed.
