Orange pulvinaria scale, Pulvinaria aurantii Ckll., is one of the most important pest on citrus varieties in Iran. The present investigation was conducted to identification of different isolates of entomopathogenic fungus, Lecanicillium muscarium and it's efficacy against orange pulvinaria scale. Thirty isolates of Lecanicillium spp. were collected from infected orange pulvinaria scale from west of Mazandaran and east of Guilan provinces in which nine of them identified as L. muscarium. For evaluation of these nine fungus isolates against P. aurantii, a suspension of 5106أ spore/ml was sprayed on it. In this regard, a completely randomized design with 10 treatments and 4 replications was used. The results revealed that the treatments were significantly different from each other (P0.01). Isolate No. 6 brought about maximum mortality of 67.31% followed by No. 7, 8 and 9 (62.56, 61.31, 58.56%), and No. 1, 3 and 4 (53.13, 52.81, 51.88%) respectively. Isolates No. 2 and 5 brought about minimum mortality of 44.13 and 43.19%, respectively.
