Yield comparision o late maturity soybean varieties.

In this experiment 10 late maturity soybean varieties (Group V) were evaluated in randomized complete block design with three replications in spring planting in Gorgan, Iran in 2001. Traits measured as ollows: Stage o soybean development (date o gennination,lowering and maturity), number o noduls, branches and pods per plant, plant height, IOOO-seed weight, yield and percent o inaction to carcol rot disease. Means comparision showed that there is no signiicant dierent between any varieties with Gorgan3 and Sahar as camerical varieties. But DPX3589 Variety yielded 3155 Kglha and 461 Kglha more than Sahar variety and 466 Kglha more than Gorgan 3 variety DPX3589 Variety was resistant to careol rot disease and better than GorganJ (1.9 %) and Sahar (16%)
