Influence of storage condition on roundwood density and recalculation coefficient | Uzglabāšanas apstākļu ietekme uz apaļo kokmateriālu blīvuma izmaiņām un pārrēķina koeficientiem

Inglés. Mass or weighing method is the simplest and most common method of volume determination in the world. It can be used for determining the loading volume and for evaluation of the compliance of the loading amount with the weight restrictions in force. It can also be used in controlling the timber flow and introducing more objective payment to service providers for the transported amount in tonnes not in cubic metres. Knowing the mass of the loading the volume is obtained by using the recalculation coefficients which are influenced by the tree species, period of felling, diameter of timber and other factors. Recalculation coefficients obtained for freshly cut timber should be corrected in the summer period, since the mass of timber decreases due to impressions caused by the harvester rollers, bark abrasion and due to timber drying process. The objective of the research was to investigate how in the process of logging the density of round timber changes depending on the type of timber, storing place, period and length of time, degree of bark abrasion and climatic conditions. Starting from 2011 to 2013 during the warm period from April until October softwood (pine and spruce) and hardwood (birch and aspen) timber were stored for 10 to 35 days. Depending on the planned length of storage, repeated weighing was carried out after 5 or 10 days. Guiding by selection and measuring principles the piled round timber and evenly distributed timber was stored and evaluated. To evaluate the effect of meteorological conditions, air temperature, relative humidity of the air and precipitation were determined for each storage place.

Letón. Masas jeb svēršanas metode ir vienkāršākā un pasaules praksē plaši lietotā tilpuma noteikšanas metode. To var izmantot gan kravas tilpuma noteikšanā, gan novērtējot pārvadājamo kravu lieluma atbilstību spēkā esošajiem svara ierobežojumiem, gan kontrolējot kokmateriālu plūsmu, gan ieviešot objektīvāku samaksu pakalpojumu sniedzējiem par pārvesto apjomu tonnās nevis kubikmetros. Latvijā masas metodi, kravu plūsmas uzskaitei un kontrolei lieto AS „Latvijas Finieris» un SIA „Bolderāja Ltd». Ārzemēs, piemēram, Kanādā tā ir galvenā metode kokmateriālu kravu tilpuma novērtēšanā, kas nonāk kokapstrādes uzņēmumos, bet Somijā šo metodi plaši izmanto celulozes rūpnīcās papīrmalkas un šķeldu kravu uzmērīšanā (Līpiņš, Sarmulis, Millers, 2011). Zinot kravas masu, tilpumu iegūst izmantojot pārrēķina koeficientus, ko ietekmē koku suga, ciršanas laiks, kokmateriālu caurmērs un citi faktori. Pārrēķina koeficienti, kas iegūti svaigi cirstiem kokmateriāliem, vasaras periodā ir jākoriģē, jo kokmateriālu masa samazinās gan harvestera radītu veltņu iespiedumu un mizas noplēsumu, gan kokmateriālu žūšanas dēļ. Mūsu pētījuma uzdevums bija noskaidrot kā mežizstrādes gaitā mainās apaļo kokmateriālu blīvums atkarībā no kokmateriāla veida, uzglabāšanas vietas, perioda un ilguma, mizas nobrāzuma pakāpes un klimatiskajiem apstākļiem. Pirmo reizi Latvijā iegūti kokmateriāli blīvuma izmaiņu skaitliskie rādītāji un matemātiskās sakarības, kas ievērtē visus uzglabāšanas laikā ietekmējošos faktorus.
