The concept of innovative management in poultry farming | Концепция инновационного менеджмента в птицеводстве

Inglés. The research objective is the development of conceptual offers on innovative management in poultry-farming branch of the country. The own development of the author that confirms reality of their realization in practice are the basis for many conclusions. As a result of the conducted researches, own experience of work in poultry farming and joint activity with research establishments on the leading plan the following prime principles of innovative policy are defined: the solution of food security on the basis of innovative ensuring production; strengthening of communication of science with production; formation of poultry-farming structures of corporate type; increase of technical and technological equipment of production; ensuring the maximum realization of genetic potential productive and tastes of a bird; strengthening of food supply on the basis of fodder means of new generation and increase of full value of feeding of a bird; formation of innovative marketing; increase of competitiveness of production; development of system of branch and international standardization; growth of qualification of shots in poultry farming. In all directions of innovative activity concrete actions for their improvement are created. Purposeful realization of innovations acts as the defining condition of achievement of competitive advantages of the poultry-farming enterprises in the domestic and foreign markets of poultry-products, improvement of quality and production efficiency in general. It promotes dynamic increase in production of eggs and fowl in the country, to development of integration processes, formation of synergetic effect from set of technical, technological, organizational and other innovations.

Ruso. Целью исследования является разработка концептуальных предложений по инновационному менеджменту в птицеводческой отрасли России. Определены следующие принципы инновационной политики: решение продовольственной безопасности на основе инновационного обеспечения производства; усиление связи науки с производством; формирование птицеводческих структур корпоративного типа; повышение технической и технологической оснащенности производства; обеспечение максимальной реализации генетического потенциала продуктивных и вкусовых качеств птицы; укрепление кормовой базы на основе кормовых средств нового поколения и повышение полноценности кормления птицы; формирование инновационного маркетинга; повышение конкурентоспособности производства; развитие системы отраслевой и международной стандартизации; рост квалификации кадров в птицеводстве. По всем направлениям инновационной деятельности сформированы конкретные мероприятия по их совершенствованию. Целенаправленная реализация инноваций выступает определяющим условием достижения конкурентных преимуществ птицеводческих предприятий на отечественном и зарубежном рынках птицепродуктов, повышения качества и эффективности производства в целом. Это способствует динамичному росту производства яиц и мяса птицы в стране, развитию интеграционных процессов, формированию синергетического эффекта от совокупности технических, технологических, организационных и других инноваций.
