Оценка природных популяций речных раков при выборе источников диких производителей при разведении | Evaluation of natural populations of crayfish for a selection of sources of wild spawners for cultivation

Inglés. The method of an evaluation and selection of natural populations as sources of wild spawners (SWS) of crayfish for the creation of brood stock in the crayfish hatcheries is described. This method allows making evaluation of such sources before the cultivation of crayfish begins. The elaboration of this method is shown on the example of the survey of populations of crayfish (Pontastacus sp.) from water bodies of basin of the river Msta (the Tver region). The exploitability of crayfish populations of was preliminarily estimated in terms of the following indicators: the state of population in terms of chronic infectious diseases; taxonomic belonging of the studied population to the certain crayfish species and its place in the system of regional metapopulation; commercial abundance of the population. If in terms of these indicators the population met the standards described in the astacologic literature the direct characteristics of wild spawners of a population reproductive kernel was made. To make assessment of the promising SWS on the basis of its suitability for crayfish cultivation, the temporary regional specification is being developed. The temporary regional specification was worked out using data integration about several SWS within 10 indicator indices. The numerical score is based on the comparison of average values of indicators among groups of mature males and females, stratified by the length of body, within each surveyed population with the relevant regional specifications indicators, and made in grades. The quality class of crayfish populations being surveyed is defined as a sum of deviations of its 10 indicators from the regional specification standards appraised by points. The results of breeding males and females of the studied populations in nurseries and their evaluation by sizes and productivity practically coincided with the data of the preliminary evaluation of quality of the SWS, made in the way as proposed.

Ruso. Описан способ оценки и выбора природных популяций речных раков как источника диких производителей (ИДП) для создания маточных стад в питомниках. Способ позволяет оценивать этот источник до проведения работ по разведению речных раков. Разработка способа показана на примере данных исследования популяций речных раков (Pontastacus sp.) из водоемов бассейна верхнего течения р. Мста (Тверская обл.). Предварительно перспективность популяции оценивали по следующим показателям: состояние популяции в отношении хронических инфекционных заболеваний; таксономическая принадлежность обследуемой популяции к определенному виду речных раков и её место в системе региональной метапопуляции; промысловая численность популяции. Если по этим критериям популяция соответствовала стандартам, приведенным в астакологической литературе, -составляли непосредственную характеристику диких производителей репродукционного ядра популяции. Чтобы оценить перспективные ИДП для разведения речных раков с точки зрения их качества, на основе интеграции данных о нескольких ИДП в рамках 10 индикаторных показателей разрабатывается временный региональный норматив. Оценка в баллах проводится путем сравнения средних значений показателей каждой из обследованных популяций с соответствующими стандартами регионального норматива в рамках групп половозрелых самцов и самок, стратифицированных по размерам тела. Бонитировочный класс исследуемой популяции раков определяется по сумме отклонений её 10 показателей от стандартов регионального норматива, оцениваемой в баллах. Результаты разведения самцов и самок из исследованных популяций в питомнике и их оценки по размерам и продуктивности практически совпали с данными предварительной оценки качества ИДП предложенным способом.
