Inglés. Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) is cultivated primarily to obtain grains for human consumption, especially gluten sensitive patients and hypertensive people. The present study was conducted to investigate the yield and mineral nutrient contents in plant organs, the harvest times and grain of buckwheat in 2012 and 2013. The Gunes species were used as the buckwheat cultivar.
