The monograph represents the most important directions of the development of agrarian policy of the Common State of the Republic of Belarus and Russian Federation, analyzes the most essential priorities and realization mechanisms. The main directions of the development of food security of Union State are outlined; food policy and food programs, based on international cooperation and integration, are substantiated. The main criteria of the world food system are summarizes; the factors for achieving of appropriate level of food security in the Republic of Belarus in the context of forming a coherent agricultural policy within the framework of the Common State are analyzed. Estimation of the achieved level of integration between Belarus and Russia in the field of agriculture is given; the main purpose, priorities and directions of coherent agricultural policy of both countries is defined.
