The evaluation of regionalized and sugar beet (Beta vulgaris var. saccharifera) perspective hybrids by yield capacity and sugar content under conditions of APC 'Zhukhovichy' Korelichsky region Grodno district of the Republic of Belarus is given. Until recently, the public trial and factory tests of commercial hybrids in assessing their merits shall be based on the sugar yield per hectare of crop mainly as a derivative of the root yield and sugar content. However, as shown by the experiments, between sugar beet hybrids there are large differences in content molassigenic substances that prevent obtaining sugar in the production process. This was proved by sugar extraction ratio at a factory, which varies greatly in hybrids and allows selecting the most profitable for their cultivation in the raw area of sugar plant. High sugar extraction ratio provides its lower losses in beet processing and less consumption of sugar beet to produce 1 ton of pure sugar.
