System of fertilization agricultural crops is the basis of intensive farming. The effect of organic and mineral fertilizers on soil fertility and crop yields are studied well, but the issues of rational use providing sustainable productivity agrocenoses, is still among the main objectives of the agrochemical science. In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus theoretical and practical interest represent the investigations on joint use of mineral fertilizers with straw litter and liquid manure, and the use of green manure in the system of fertilizer for green mass of maize under the north-eastern part of Belarus on sod-podzolic soil. Application N90P60K90 + N30 in average over 2011-2012 increased the yield of green mass of corn by 368 kg / ha. Adding of 4 t / ha of winter triticale straw or plowing of 15 t / ha of rape green mass as compared with the background N90P60K90 + N30 did not help to improve the maize yields for green mass. Adding to the background of N90P60K90 + N30 50 t / ha manure or 4 t / ha of straw in combination with 30 t / ha of liquid cattle manure increased the yield of green mass of corn on 28 and 47 kg / ha, respectively.
