Eutrophication of the lakes as the process of natural aging leads to increase of trophic status and is attended by reorganization of the structure of plankton communities and decline of their biological difference. Retardation of the eutrophication rate leads to restructuration of plankton communities. Some features of the biomass dynamics and zooplankton communities spatial structuring of two small eutrophic lakes are examined in the article. Composition of dominant complexes of both lakes is almost completely similar with scant differentiations. In both experimental lakes predominance of pelagian associations upon litoral and unbalanced distribution and concentration of zooplankton within horizons is substantiated.
