In course of the research there was studied the relationships of species composition of the pathogenic complex fungi parasitizing on the winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) root system. Fungal isolates F. culmorum, B. sorokiniana and Alternaria Nees were used. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2012. As a result of research it was specified that the pathogen F. culmorum showed fungistatic one-way antagonism to the fungus B. sorokiniana, that was why the latter ceases to grow on the 6th day, whereas, it showed a territorial antagonism concerning Alternaria spp. isolates, what was resulted in the growth rate decrease. The results of laboratory experiments in 2012, which defined the growth rate of fungi in separate and joint cultivation, inhibition of fungi Alternaria spp. and B. sorokiniana isolates of F. culmorum colonies growth, antagonistic activity of isolates of the fungus F. culmorum relative to the isolates of fungus Alternaria spp. (a) and B. sorokiniana (b) on the 10th day of co-culture were presented.
