Reduction of irrigation rates in the technology of sweet pepper cultivation by 25% and the overall irrigation rate at the phases of beginning of budding, bloom and intensive fruit growth against the application of 60 kg/ha (active matter) of nitrogen reduce the cost of production and provide a net income of $5,650-6,950 per hectare. In the energy balance of the sweet pepper cultivation technology, the share of the costs for soil preparation makes 3%, plant care 5%, fertilizers and their application depending on the dose 4-9%, for irrigation depending on the rates and the number of irrigations 1-5%, harvesting 4-12%. Seedling growing requires the highest energy costs (69-76%).
