Sixteen cultivars of Annona spp., which are Nangthongkamphaengphet', 'Nang-Khiewboploi', 'Nangthongwungthong', 'Fai-Krungtungkajhiew', 'Nang-Kruangwungsri', 'Fai-Kruangphitsanulok 2', 'Fai-Kruangphitsanulok 3', 'Pet-Pakchong', 'Noi-Nhong' (Annona reticulate) , 'Klongkanlhong 7', 'Page', 'Fai-Khiewboploi', 'Fai-khiewtungkajhiew', 'Fai-Khiewsomphon', 'Fai-Khiewnong-e-lhong' and 'Noinaling' (Annona glabra) were compared antioxidant activity. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) were used as experimental design which consist of 16 treatments with 2 replications. Antioxidant activity, total anthocyanin, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total carotenoid content obtained from the peel sugar apples were analyzed. Antioxidant activity was found highest in yellow peel group (79.74 - 86.44 percent) and lowest in Annona glabra (11.79 percent). Total anthocyanin content was found highest in Nangthongkamphaengphet (48.45 mg/g). Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content were highest in Annona reticulate (24.27 and 1.50 micro g/gfw, respectively), whereas total carotenoid content was lowest. Total carotenoid content was found highest in Fai-khiewtungkajhiew (7.18 micro g/gfw).
