Determination of yield and some quality properties of some barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) genotypes in Bursa ecological conditions | Bursa ekolojik koþullarýnda bazý arpa (Hordeum vulgare L.) genotiplerinin verim ve bazý kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalýþma, Bursa ekolojik koþullarýna uyumlu arpa genotiplerini saptamak amacýyla, 2007-2008 ve 2008-2009 yýllarýnda Karacabey Tarým iþletmesi Müdürlüðü deneme tarlalarýnda tesadüf bloklarý deneme deseninde dört tekrarlý olarak yürütülmüþtür. Araþtýrmada 20 hat ve 5 çeþit kullanýlmýþ olup, incelenen bütün tarýmsal özellikler yönünden çeþitler arasýnda önemli farklar bulunmuþtur.Çeþit ve hatlarýn bitki boyu 74,8-104,1 cm, m2'deki basak sayýsý 468,8-988 adet, baþak uzunluðu 6,5- 11,5 cm, baþaktaki tane sayýsý 20,0-46,3 adet, baþak tane verimi1,0-2,3 g, 1000 tane aðýrlýðý 38,0-53,3 g, hektolitre aðýrlýðý 59,2- 67,9 kg/hl, ham protein oraný % 11,7-15,1, ≥2,5 mm tane irilik %'si 66,3-86,3 ve tane verimi 256,6-481,8 kg/da arasýnda deðiþmiþtir. Çalýþma sonunda en yüksek tane verimi Bornova92 çeþidi ve bu çeþitle ayný verim grubunda yer alan 15, 21, 17, 20, 12, 16, 25, 24, 19, 9, 8 ve 10 numaralý hatlardan, en yüksek hektolitre aðýrlýðý 23, 16, 20 ve 17 numaralý hatlardan, en yüksek bin tane aðýrlýðý 16 numaralý hattan, en yüksek ≥2,5 mm tane iriliði 15, 21, 16 ve 20 numaralý hatlardan, en yüksek ham protein ise 7 numaralý hattan elde edilmiþtir. Bursa ekolojik koþullarýna uygun ümitvar arpa hatlarýnýn belirlenmesi üzerine yürütülen bu araþtýrmada; tane verimi ve bazý kalite kriterlerine gore 15, 21, 17, 20, 12,16, 25, 24, 19, 9, 8 ve 10 numaralý hatlar ümitvar bulunmuþtur.

Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. This study was conducted to find out improved barley lines suitable for Bursa ecological conditions in 2007-08 and 2008-09 growing seasons. Experimental design was completely randomized blocks design with four replications for the field trials. 20 lines and five registered varieties of research were examined. Significant differences were found between genotypes regarding investigated whole agricultural characters. Significant differences were found between genotypes regarding investigated yield and some quality characters. Plant height, spike number per m2, spike lenght, kernel number per spike, grain yield per spike, 1000-seed weight, ≥2,5 mm particle size grain yield, hectoliter weight and crude protein content values were determined for investigated genotypes respectively as between 74,8 and 104,1cm, 468,8 and 988,0, 6,5 and 11,5 cm, 20,0 and 46,3, 1,0 and 2,3 g, 38,0 and 53,3 g, 59,2 and 67,9 %, 256,6 and 481,8 kg/da, 59,2 and 67,9, 11,7 and 15,1 %. The variety Bornova92 had the highest yield in this study and the lines 15, 21, 17, 20, 12, 16, 25, 24, 19, 9, 8 and 10 were also in the some, high yield range statistically. The lines 23, 16, 20 and 17 had high hektolitre weigh, the line 16 had the highest 1000 karnel weight. The largest grains (≥ 2,5 mm) were the lines 15, 21, 16 and 20 while the line 7 had the highest protein. According to results, the improved barley lines 15, 21, 17, 20, 12, 16, 25, 24, 19, 9, 8 and 10 were found out promising lines for Bursa for high yield, and some more quality characters.
