Inglés. For the purpose of determination of the pathogenicity, anastomosis groups and species of Rhizoctonia in wheat production areas in Kayseri, Kirsehir, Nevsehir and Aksaray provinces, survey were conducted in the 2011 and 2012 growing seasons, 320 plant samples were collected from the plants with lesions on root and crown, stunting plants and also 320 samples collected from rhizosphere soil. Totally 53 Rhizoctonia isolates were obtained, 45 isolates as a result of isolations performed from the plants and 8 isolates from the soil. It was determined that the multinucleate isolates obtained as a result of conventional identification studies and DNA sequence analysis belonged to Rhizoctonia solani AG 3, AG 4 HG II, AG 5 and Waitea circinata var. circinata anastomosis groups. Binucleate Rhizoctonia isolates were detected as AG I and AG K. As a result of pathogenicity tests, AG 4 HG II and Waitea circinata var circinata groups were found to be pathogen on wheat and it was determined that the most virulent group is AG 4 HG II.

Kayseri, Kýrþehir, Nevþehir ve Aksaray illerine ait buðday üretim alanlarýnda Rhizoctonia tür ve anastomosis gruplarý ile patojenisitelerini belirlemek amacýyla 2011 ve 2012 yýlý üretim sezonunda survey yapýlmýþ, kök ve kök boðazýnda lezyon ile cüceleþme belirtisi gözlenen bitkilerden ve rizosfer topraðýndan 320 bitki ve toprak örneði toplanmýþtýr. Bitkilerden yapýlan izolasyonlar sonucunda 45, topraktan yapýlan izolasyonlar sonucunda ise 8 olmak üzere toplam 53 adet Rhizoctonia izolatý elde edilmiþtir. Yapýlan klasik teþhis çalýþmalarý ve DNA sekans analizleri sonucunda elde edilen multinükleat izolatlarýn Rhizoctonia solani AG 3, AG 4 HG II, AG 5 ve Waitea circinata var. circinata anastomosis gruplarýna ait olduðu belirlenmiþtir. Binükleat Rhizoctonia izolatlarý ise AG I ve AG K olarak tespit edilmiþtir. Yapýlan patojenisite testleri sonucunda AG 4 HG II ve Waitea circinata var. circinata gruplarý buðdayda patojen bulunmuþ ve en virulent grubun ise AG 4 HG II olduðu belirlenmiþtir.
