Inglés. In a course of the research there was studied the effectiveness of the loss-making companies, sold as property complexes to commercial organizations. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that in order to create conditions for increasing the efficiency of the agriculture organization in the context of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus (July 17, 2014, N 348 ‘On measures to improve the efficiency of organizations of agro-industrial complex‘, legal entities, who acquired from January 1, 2014 on December 31, 2016 contracts of sale of the rights and obligations of insolvent agricultural organizations, provided a set of public preferences for long-term investment loans, deferred payment in respect of the unexecuted portion of the obligations, etc. The efficiency of the unprofitable agricultural organizations sold as property complexes in the context of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2004 N 280 ‘On the procedure and conditions for the sale of legal entities of enterprises as property complexes of unprofitable agricultural organizations’ was analyzed.
