Justification of technological modes and design data of the mixing device

In course of the research there were tested and investigated the mixing device (MIK-500-1 machine), which use for the preparation of peat mixtures used in the repair of earthen slopes, filling of drainage ditches, for landscaping areas (lawn) in the housing and urban development, sports grounds, stadiums, for control of soil erosion on the slopes of the natural and artificial elevations, fastening of slopes of dams and other engineering earthworks. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were revealed that it evenly distributed on all volume of the bunker components of peat mix for landing of shrubby and flower plants. Values of its key design data for bunkers up to 4.5 cube m were optimized. The technique of optimization of technological modes and design data was given.

Установлено, что оно равномерно распределяет по всему объему бункера компоненты торфяной смеси для посадки кустарниковых и цветочных растений. Оптимизированы значения его основных конструктивных параметров для бункеров объемом до 4,5 м3. Дана методика оптимизации технологических режимов и конструктивных параметров.
