Transformation of diet energy by steers into produce when feeding with bards and mineral and vitamin supplement

It was determined that inclusion of mineral and vitamin supplement in diets for steers at fattening, containing 30% of barda, 24% of silage, 10% of straw, 9% of molasses, and 27% of grain forage, has a significant impact on the amount of digestible and metabolizable energy, heat production and energy of adjournment. Thus the degree of transformation of feed nutrients and energy to meat production increased on 9,6%, the average daily gain increased from 850 till 927 g. Inclusion of mineral-vitamin additives in steers rations promotes the best animals provision by minerals, that leads to increased activity of enzymatic processes in the rumen, thereby increasing the concentration of lyotropic on 5,3%, and improved absorption of ammonia and increased total and protein nitrogen content in rumen on 4,2-7,2% (P less than 0,05).The developed recipe of the mineral-vitamin additive on the basis of local sources of mineral raw materials (salt, dolomite, phosphogypsum, sapropels) for rations with bard allows to reduce the feed expenses per unit of production on 8%, including concentrates - on 12%, and to receive the profit per 1 head due to additional gain on 10% more than the control variant.

Установлено, что включение бычкам на откорме минерально-витаминной добавки в состав рационов, содержащих 30% барды, 24% силоса, 10% соломы, 9% патоки, 27 % по питательности зернофуража, оказывает существенное влияние на величину переваримой и обменной энергии, теплопродукции и энергии отложения. При этом степень превращения питательных веществ и энергии корма в мясную продукцию повышается на 9,6%, среднесуточный прирост увеличивается с 850 до 927 г. Включение в рационы бычкам минерально-витаминной добавки способствует лучшей обеспеченности животных минеральными веществами, что приводит к повышению активности ферментативных процессов в рубце, в результате чего увеличивается концентрация ЛЖК на 5,3%, улучшается усвоение аммиака и повышается содержание общего и белкового азота в содержимом рубца на 4,2-7,2% (P
