Dairy cattle breeding of the Republic of Belarus: the internal and external factors of development

Inglés. The article looks at the problems of production, processing and realization of milk. The authors assess the status of milk production and further prospects of dairy sector in Belarus. The authors take into account global trends on the milk market. One of the problems, activity of the enterprises arising at research that at the analysis even the most elementary economic system there are various problems on character is, various planes are formed, and some questions and problems have no unequivocal decisions. The primary goal worth at present before an agriculture of Republic Belarus is formation of such system of managing which would allow conducting effective production for maintenance of a guaranteed level of food safety. Such levels are established on milk – 4200-4500 thousand tons. Last statistical data speak that such level achieves in the country. The quality of the milk renders big influence on a condition of processing branch. In internal market steady enough demand for milk and dairy products is observed at last years. One of basic problems of milk market is the mechanism of formation milk and dairy production prices. The state renders big influence to a price level. The most significant from external markets is Russian market. Export of dairy production is characterized by positive dynamics. The Belarus market of milk and dairy production represents complex multilevel system. Mechanism of system functioning is insufficiently adjusted and demands improvement its now. In particular it needs regulations of attitudes between milk manufacturers, the processing enterprises and trade. The basis of it is creation of grocery agro industrial formations.

Ruso. В статье рассматриваются проблемы производства, переработки и реализации молока. Авторами дана оценка состояния производства молока в Беларуси и определены дальнейшие перспективы развития отрасли в стране с учетом сложившихся мировых тенденций. Одной из проблем, возникающей при исследовании деятельности предприятий, является то, что при анализе даже самой простейшей экономической системы возникают различные по характеру вопросы, формируются разнообразные плоскости, а некоторые задачи не имеют однозначных решений. Основной задачей, стоящей на данный момент перед сельским хозяйством Республики Беларусь является формирование такой системы хозяйствования, которая бы позволила вести эффективное производство продукции для обеспечения гарантированного уровня продовольственной безопасности. По молоку этот уровень установлен в размере 4200-4500 тыс. т. Статистические данные свидетельствуют о том, что такой уровень в стране достигнут, что позволило полностью удовлетворить спрос на молочные продукты. Самый важный рынок молочной продукции в Беларуси – внутренний. Он представляет собой сложную многоуровневую систему, механизм функционирования которой в настоящее время недостаточно отрегулирован и требует усовершенствования. Экспорт молочной продукции характеризуется положительной динамикой, что в значительной мере обусловлено расширением торговых отношений с Россией.
