In course of the research there was studied the effectiveness of mineral and bacterial fertilizers, new plant growth regulators, single and multicomponent microfertilizers in helate form on sod-podzolic sandy loam soil in 2011-2013. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were revealed that non-root additional feeding with micro-fertilizers Fitovital and Microstim Cu on the background of N60P60K90 + N30 increased the yield of grain of malting barley (Hordeum distichum) by 0.53 t/ha and 0.77 t/ha. Growth regulator Ecosil increased grain yield of barley on the background N90P60K90 on2.7 t/ha and on the background N60P60K90 + N30 – 3.4 t/ha, and the bacterial preparation Risobacterin on the background N16P60K90 - 4.1 t/ha. The most effective option of fertilizers for malting barley was an option using N60P60K90 + N30 and MikroStim Copper-L in the beginning of a phase of stem elongation, which was obtained on average over 3 years maximum grain yield (55.2 t/ha), the content of crude protein did not exceed 12% by years of research and the grain in this variant by a range of indicators was a second class quality, delivered for brewing.
