New technology of disinfection of udder teats and milking machines after cows milking on automated milking installations

Inglés. In Belarus, commercial production of milk is based on the increasing role of automated milking systems. Along with the technological advantages of such equipment considerable disadvantages of its use have been uncovered. A large concentration of livestock milked by one milking unit and each milking machine is present. It contributes to creation the conditions for rapid contamination of dairy cattle with pathogens. Researches were spent by studying of the special literature, the description of design, operation principle of the automated milking machines, the standard documentation on disinfection of dairy-commodity farms objects, and the patent information. The method and apparatus for providing disinfecting effect on dairy cow udders and milk leading out tubes of milking machines immediately after milking have been developed. It uses automated infrastructure facilities and special technology, which includes a method for disinfecting these objects and device for its guarantee. The wide use of technology as disinfection method and device for its realization allows to qualitatively change the situation of the mastitis growth at milking with the modern automated milking installations.

Ruso. В Республике Беларусь товарное производство молока основано на возрастании роли доильных автоматизированных установок. Наряду с технологическими преимуществами такого оборудования выявились значительные недостатки его использования: большая концентрация поголовья выдаиваемого одной доильной установкой и каждым доильным аппаратом, что создает условия для быстрого заражения дойного стада болезнетворными микроорганизмами. Исследования проводились путем изучения специальной литературы, описания конструкции, принципа действия автоматизированных доильных установок, нормативной документации по дезинфекции объектов молочно-товарных ферм, патентной информации.Разработаны способ и устройство, обеспечивающие дезинфицирующее воздействие на вымя коров и молоковыводящие пути доильных аппаратов непосредственно после окончания доения. При этом используется инфраструктура автоматизированных установок и специальная технология, включающая способ дезинфекции указанных объектов и устройство для ее обеспечения. Широкое использование технологии в виде способа дезинфекции и устройства для его осуществления позволяет качественно изменить ситуации роста мастита при доении на современных автоматизированных доильных установках.
