Interrelation between the growth of productivity of labour and payment for it in dairy cattle breeding

Важным условием для поддержания устойчивого экономического развития сельского хозяйства является повышение эффективности производства на основе роста производительности труда и его стимулирования Существующая практика хозяйствования сельскохозяйственных предприятий требует проведения радикальных преобразований действующих систем оценки и стимулирования труда, становления и развития новых форм и методов поощрения работников, что позволит установить непосредственную зависимость между уровнем материального стимулирования труда и конечным результатам производственно-финансовой деятельности предприятия. Именно отсутствием этой зависимости объясняется сложившаяся в последние годы тенденция опережения темпов роста оплаты труда над темпами роста производительности труда.

Inglés. In a course of the research there was studied interrelation between the growth of productivity of labour and payment for it in dairy cattle breeding. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed that an important condition for maintaining sustainable economic development of agriculture is to improve production efficiency through labour productivity growth and stimulation. The current practice of managing agricultural enterprises requires a radical transformation of existing evaluation systems and incentives, establishment and development of new forms and methods to encourage employees, which will establish a direct relationship between the level of material stimulation for work and the end result of production and financial activity. It is the lack of this relationship that explains a trend developed in recent years of making the level of wages higher than that of labour productivity growth.
