Transformation of bioflavonoid complex of evergreen and deciduous Rhododendron generative organs in the seasonal cycle development in Belarus

Ruso. Приведены результаты сравнительного исследования содержания биофлавоноидов в генеративных органах в сезонном цикле развития вечнозеленых и листопадных видов Rhododendron L. в условиях Беларуси. Показано, что цветки вечнозеленых видов отмечены более высоким, чем у листопадных видов, содержанием всех фракций биофлавоноидов при большем долевом участии в их составе окисленных соединений - собственно антоцианов и флавонолов и меньшем восстановленных - лейкоантоцианов и катехинов. Содержание биофлавоноидов в плодах рододендрона (коробочки с семенами) превышало таковое в цветках в среднем в 1,5-4,5 раза при максимальных значениях, достигавших почти 40 % сухой массы, у листопадного вида Rh. luteum. При этом в их составе не обнаружено присутствия собственно антоцианов, на фоне заметного усиления, по сравнению с цветками, долевого участия катехинов и ослабления такового флавонолов, а у листопадных видов также и лейкоантоцианов, что сопровождалось практически полным нивелированием различий между вечнозелеными и листопадными видами в соотношении основных фракций полифенолов не только в плодах, но и в семенном материале, что обусловлено необходимостью сохранения в генеративных органах генетически детерминированной структуры пула данных соединений, свойственной родовому комплексу Rhododendron L.

Inglés. Rhododendron, representing introduced ornamental plant for the conditions of the Republic of Belarus, appears potential source of drug raw material due to high content of bioflavonoids. In the course of the research carried out in 2011-2013 in the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus the parameters of accumulation and correlation between separate components of bioflavonoid complex in flowers, fruits and seed of introduced evergreen and deciduous species of Rhododendron have been analyzed. Profiling trends in the transformation of bioflavonoid complex of generative organs of evergreen and deciduous species of Rhododendron L. in the seasonal cycle of the development in the Republic of Belarus has been installed. It has been shown that the flowers of evergreen species of Rhododendron L. are characterized with higher than deciduous species, content of all fractions of bioflavonoids with a significant participation in their composition of oxygenated compounds as anthocyanins and flavonols and less recovered, such as leucanthocyanins and catechins. The leveling of differences between evergreen and deciduous species in the ratio of the major polyphenol fractions in the fruiting period, not only in the fruit, but also on the seed, because of the need to preserve the generative organs of genetically determined structures of the data pool connections, typical for Rhododendron L. genus has been observed.
