Scientific concepts and bases of formation of branch competitiveness

Ruso. views on the issue of the formation of branch competitiveness are presented. Basic directions in the study of this economic category are allocated that allowed to trace the evolution of the approaches to the content of the competitive advantages of the industry. Certainly, no country, even the most developed, is aimed at achieving effective competition across the whole range of products that it can potentially produce. Priority is given only to those sectors of the economy that have real conditions for obtaining competitive advantages in the world market. Actual in the process of structural diversification of the economy is the definition of such industries, the creation of an effective mechanism to support the priority of producers.

Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты конкурентоспособности - сложной экономической категории, которая на разных уровнях организации хозяйственной системы характеризуется различными критериями. Представлены результаты аналитического обзора научных идей и взглядов ученых-экономистов по проблематике формирования отраслевой конкурентоспособности, выделены основные направления в исследовании данной экономической категории, что позволило тем самым проследить эволюцию подходов к содержанию конкурентных преимуществ отрасли. Безусловно, ни одна страна, даже самая развитая, не целью достижение эффективной конкуренции по всему спектру продукции, которую она может потенциально производить. Приоритет дается лишь тем секторам экономики, которые имеют реальные условия для получения конкурентных преимуществ на мировом рынке. Актуальным в процессе структурной диверсификации экономики является определение таких отраслей, создание действенного механизма поддержки приоритета производителей.

In a course of the research there were studied theoretical aspects of competitiveness as a difficult economic category which is characterized by various criteria at different levels of the organization of economic system. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The results of the analytical review of scientific ideas and economists&#039
