Economic efficiency of production and realization of dairy produce

Inglés. Belarus holds one of the leading positions in the world according to the production and processing of raw milk. All agricultural organizations of the republic contain dairy cow population, although productivity is still significantly inferior to highly developed countries. In Belarus, there operates a large-scale network of milk-processing enterprises. Large dairies produce many hundreds of types of dairy products. The Republic of Belarus not only provides, systematically and fully, a variety of products for the domestic market, but also delivers dairy products in large volumes for export. Among the agricultural organizations of Belarus for the production and sale of raw milk, there shows good results Republican Unitary Enterprise ‘Training and experimental farm of the Belarusian State Agriculture Academy’. In addition to relatively high production figures, in dairy industry they have obtained decent financial results. The article focuses on the possible reserves to save costs for the production of raw milk. The article concludes with a generalization of the most important indicators of the dynamics of milk processing in Belarus and export of dairy products to the foreign market.

Ruso. Беларусь занимает одну из лидирующих позиций в мире по производству и переработке молочного сырья. Все сельскохозяйственные организации республики содержат молочное поголовье коров, хотя продуктивность пока значительно уступает высокоразвитым государствам. В Беларуси функционирует широкомасштабная сеть молокоперерабатывающих предприятий. Крупные молочные комбинаты выпускают многие сотни видов молочных продуктов. Республика систематически и в полной мере обеспечивает разнообразными продуктами не только внутренний рынок, но и в значительных объемах поставляет молочные продукты на экспорт. Среди сельскохозяйственных организаций Беларуси по производству и реализации молочного сырья хорошими результатами отличается Республиканское унитарное предприятие ‘Учебно-опытное хозяйство Белорусской государственной сельскохозяйственной академии’. Кроме довольно высоких производственных показателей, в молочной отрасли хозяйства получены достойные финансовые результаты. В статье акцентируется внимание на возможных резервах экономии затрат по производству молочного сырья. Обобщаются важнейшие показатели, характеризующие динамику переработки молока в Беларуси и экспорта молочных продуктов на внешний рынок.
