Biochemical composition of leavy weight of Jerusalem Artichoke from collections of Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus

С целью выявления перспективных для пополнения кормовой базы Республики Беларусь интродуцированных сортов топинамбура из коллекции Центрального ботанического сада (ЦБС) НАН Беларуси в 2014–2015 гг. в период бутонизации растений, приходящийся на июль, было осуществлено сравнительное исследование биохимического состава листостеблевой массы наиболее продуктивных таксонов данного вида.В результате сравнительного исследования биохимического состава листостеблевой массы 10 сортов топинамбура из коллекции ЦБС НАН Беларуси в летний период года установлена выраженная зависимость интегрального уровня ее питательной и витаминной ценности от сортовой принадлежности растений по совокупности 8 определявшихся признаком. Показано, что наиболее ценными по биохимическому составу зеленой массы по сравнению с остальными таксонами топинамбура являются три сорта - Сиреники-l, Десертный и Канадский, тогда как наименее ценным представляется сорт Находка.

Inglés. Jerusalem artichoke appears high-productive agricultural crop of complex application, used as for human nutrition so for animal feeding. During the period of 2014-2015 a comparative study of biochemical composition of leaf mass of the most high-productive taxons of the variety has been carried out in the conditions of the Central Botanical Garden of the NAS of Belarus. A comparative study of the biochemical composition of the leafy weight of 10 varieties of artichoke from the collection of Central Botanical Garden in the summer period has revealed the dependence by varietal accessories of the integral level of nutritional and vitamin value of aggregate 8 defining characteristics. It is shown that, the leading position in this index with significant isolation from the rest of Jerusalem artichoke taxons belong to three varieties-Sireniki-I, Dessertny and Canadsky, while the least valuable biochemical composition of green mass seems variety of Nakhodka.
