Insect-acaricide efficiency of veterinary drug Cypervet and the residual amount thereof in the livestock products

Inglés. In a course of the research there was studied in vitro in vivo acaricide activity of the veterinary drug Cypervet in concentration of 0.01%. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The study in manufacturing conditions showed 100% efficiency. After 10 days a single external use on rabbit in concentration of 0.015% residual amounts of cypermethrin were not detected in meat, liver and kidneys, after reparse also not detected in meat and liver at the 10th day and the kidney - 15 day. After 12 hours a single external use on cash cows in concentration of 0.01% residual amounts of cypermethrin were not detected in milk (technological break between milking). Dynamics of cypermethrin residual quantities in the milk of treated cows was presented.

Производственные испытания показали, что его эффективность составляет 100%. После наружного однократного применения кроликам в 0.015% концентрации через 10 дней остаточные количества циперметрина в мясе, печени и почках не обнаруживаются, после повторной обработки также не обнаруживаются в мясе и печени на 10-й день, а в почках - на 15 день. Через 12 часов после наружной обработки дойных коров в 0.01% концентрации остаточные количества циперметрина в молоке не обнаруживаются (технологический перерыв между дойками). Представлена динамика остаточных количеств циперметрина в молоке обработанных коров.
