Improvement of methods of estimation of AIC enterprises credit rating on the basis of integral indicator calculation

Для обобщения разносторонних показателей, применяемых для оценки кредитоспособности заемщика, предлагается использовать интегральный показатель с применением метода иерархий Саати, который позволяет сравнивать различные варианты решений по определенным критериям и выбирать наилучший с точки зрения заемщика. Расчет интегрального показателя позволяет выявить слабые и сильные стороны организации АПК при разработке программы ее развития и решения вопроса о привлечении заемных источников финансирования своей деятельности. Таким образом, предложенный метод оценки кредитоспособности предприятия АПК позволяет осуществлять текущий контроль, что дает возможность вовремя обнаруживать опасные изменения показателей и принимать соответствующие меры. Расчет интегрального показателя позволяет выявить слабые и сильные стороны организации АПК при разработке программы ее развития и решения вопроса о возможности финансирования своей деятельности за счет заемных ресурсов.

The calculation of integral index reveals the strengths and weaknesses of AIC organization in its development program and while solving the issue of attraction of extra sources of financing its activities. Thus, the proposed method for assessing the creditworthiness of the enterprise APC allows for ongoing monitoring, which makes it possible to detect dangerous changes in indicators on time and take appropriate measures.
