Assessment of holding company performance efficiency

desconocido. In a course of the research there was studied the essence of economic efficiency, conducted analysis of indicators of profit, profitability and financial stability. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was suggested improvement of the evaluation of holding companies performance. The conducted researches made it possible to draw a conclusion that methodical approaches to an estimation of economic efficiency are based on observations and analysis, serve the purposes of functioning and market development of holding companies. They are a means of substantiation of strategic decisions and are determined by management needs. The main principle of the assessment is the principle of systematicity, which involves reflecting the quantitative and qualitative laws of the development of holding companies, creating an efficient production organization, making management decisions that take into account the ultimate goal of the enterprise, and subordinating the activities of all structural units to this goal. Assessment of the economic efficiency of organizations is an indispensable element at all stages of preparation and decision-making, especially at the stages of formulating the goal and selecting the optimal management decision.

Изучена сущность экономической эффективности, приведен анализ показателей прибыли, рентабельности производства и финансовой устойчивости, предложено совершенствование оценки деятельности холдинговых кампаний. Проведенные исследования позволяют сделать вывод, что методические подходы к оценке экономической эффективности базируются на наблюдениях и анализе, служат целям функционирования и рыночного развития холдинговых компаний, являются средством обоснования стратегических решений и определяются потребностями менеджмента. Основным принципом оценки является принцип системности, который предполагает отражение количественных и качественных закономерностей развития холдинговых компаний, создание эффективной организации производства, принятие управленческих решений, учитывающих конечную цель предприятия, и подчинение деятельности всех структурных подразделений достижению этой цели. Оценка экономической эффективности деятельности организаций является необходимым элементом на всех стадиях подготовки и принятия решений, особенно на этапах формулирования цели и выбора оптимального управленческого решения.
