Methodological aspects of estimation of risk in the sphere of auto-transport service in AIC

Ruso. Разработана методика оценки рисков в государственных автотранспортных организациях АПК и методологический подход к управлению рисками. Предложенная методика позволяет определить объем автотранспортных услуг в АПК, при которых степень воздействия риска минимальна, оценить влияние изменения объема оказываемых услуг и структуры затрат. Приведенная структуризация рисков позволит выбирать достоверный критерий и систему показателей оценки деятельности и определить степень влияния на эффективность деятельности автотранспортных организаций АПК. Методологический подход к управлению рисками включает ряд этапов: уточнение стратегии развития государственных автотранспортных организаций АПК на перспективу, предварительный отбор рисков, формирование плана превентивных мероприятий, оценка рисков государственных автотранспортных организаций АПК после формирования плана превентивных мероприятий, окончательное формирование программы управления рисками и оценка эффективности программы управления рисками данных организаций. Предложенная методика позволяет определить объем автотранспортных услуг в АПК, при которых степень воздействия риска минимальна и степень влияния на эффективность деятельности АПК.

Inglés. The methods of risk assessment in state auto-transport organizations of AIC and methodological approach to risk management was developed. The proposed method allows determining the volume of transportation services in agriculture, where the risk exposure is minimal, assess the impact of changes in the volume of services and cost structures. Reduced risk structuring allows choosing a reliable criterion and the system of performance evaluation and to determine the degree of influence on the efficiency of the motor agribusiness organizations. The methodological approach to risk management includes a number of stages: clarification of the strategy for the development of state motor transport organizations of the agroindustrial complex for the future, preliminary selection of risks, the formation of a plan for preventive measures, assessment of risks of state road transport organizations of the agro-industrial complex after the formation of a plan for preventive measures, the final formation of a risk management program and evaluation of the effectiveness of the risk management program of these organizations. The proposed methodology allows to determine the volume of motor transport services in the agroindustrial complex, under which the degree of impact of the risk is minimal and the degree of influence on the efficiency of the AIC.
