Inglés. In Integrated Pest Management it is very important to identify harmful organisms, to assess the dangers of the crop and to choose the most appropriate plant protection measures. In order to help farmers identify diseases and pests, the National Plant Protection Service has prepared this booklet, gathering images and information about legume pests and diseases. The booklet was used as consumable by crop field observations and making a decision on plant protection measures. To each pest included in booklet the code of European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organisation (EPPO) is specified that developed to harmful organisms and used in the international computerized databases to obtain additional information about the pests.

Lai palīdzētu lauksaimniekam atpazīt slimības un kaitēkļus, Valsts augu aizsardzības dienests sagatavojis šo bukletu, apkopojot attēlus un informāciju par pākšaugu slimībām un kaitēkļiem. Buklets izmantojams kā palīgmateriāls, veicot kultūraugu lauka novērojumus un pieņemot lēmumu par augu aizsardzības pasākumu veikšanu. Katram bukletā iekļautajam kaitīgajam organismam norādīts Eiropas un Vidusjūras Augu aizsardzības organizācijas (EPPO) kods, kas izstrādāts kaitīgajiem organismiem un ko izmanto starptautiskās datorizētās datubāzēs, lai iegūtu papildus informāciju par kaitīgajiem organismiem.
