Vector of development of agriculture and other activities under crisis | Вектор развития сельского хозяйства и других видов деятельности в условиях кризиса

Inglés. An analysis of some indices of the social and economic development of the RF for 2007-2017 for specific economic activities has been carried out. The growth of investments, output and gross value added (GVA) in relation to the similar index of the preceding year in such economic activity as agriculture, hunting and forestry ((AHF) the portion of agriculture in the aggregate production of this economic activity exceeds 90-95%) is shown to be 121.9, 140.9 and 112.3%, while the ratio of the output and GVA to investments is at the level of 1.15 and 0.92. In terms of the growth rate investments, output and GVA in the AHF of 8 studied economic activities take 7, 1 and 6 places, respectively. The growth rates of labour efficiency (LE), salaries and wages (SW) and profitability (PR) in the AHF are 131.3; 182.1 and 109.5%, respectively, while the ratio of the LE to SW and PR is at the level of 0.72 and 1.20. In terms of the growth rates LE, SW and PR the AHF takes places 2, 1 and 2, respectively. In terms of a ratio of output to investments, GVA to investments, LE to SW, LE to PR, the AHF takes places 1, 3, 8 and 5, respectively, and general place 4. It has been concluded that at the extremely non-uniform economic development of the RF, the AHF is highly competitive other economic activities. To strengthen the leading positions of the AHF in the RF economic the level of its budgetary support must be increased (increasing investments and SW).

Ruso. Проведен анализ ряда показателей социально-экономического развития РФ за 2007-2014 гг. по определяющим видам экономической деятельности. Показано, что рост инвестиций (ИН), объема производства (ОП) и валовой добавленной стоимости (ВДС) к аналогичному показателю предыдущего года в таком виде экономической деятельности как сельское хозяйство, охота и лесное хозяйство ((СХОЛХ) доля сельского хозяйства в совокупной продукции данного вида экономической деятельности превышает 90-95%) составляет 121,9; 140,9 и 112,3%, при этом соотношение ОП и ВДС к ИН находится на уровне 1,15 и 0,92. По величине темпов роста ИН, ОП и ВДС в СХОЛХ из 8 изученных видов экономической деятельности занимает 7, 1 и 6-е места соответственно. Темпы роста производительности труда (ПТ), заработной платы (ЗП) и рентабельности (РН) в СХОЛХ составляют 131,3; 182,1 и 109,5% соответственно, при этом соотношение ПТ к ЗП и РН находится на уровне 0,72 и 1,20. По темпам роста ПТ, ЗП и РН СХОЛХ занимает 2, 1 и 2-е места соответственно. По соотношению ОП к ИН, ВДС к ИН, ПТ к ЗП, ПТ к РН, СХОЛХ занимает 1, 3, 8 и 5-е места соответственно и общее 4-е место. Сделан вывод, что при крайне неравномерном развитии экономики РФ, СХОЛХ не уступает другим видам экономической деятельности. Для закрепления СХОЛХ на лидирующих позициях в экономике РФ необходимо повысить уровень его бюджетной поддержки (увеличение ИН и ЗП).
