Concept of the system approach usage in cooperation and integration in vegetable grocery sub-complex | Использование методологии системного подхода в исследовании кооперации и интеграции в овощепродуктовом подкомплексе

Inglés. Necessity to use system approach in the vegetable sub-complex (VSC) research is justified. It is pointed that VSC consideration requires analysis of the define patterns; cooperation between part and the entire; hierarchic systems' sequence; development. It is identified that economical relationship between agricultural food producers and processing companies of VSC has to be implemented in the following directions: elaboration of cooperative and integrated formation; planning, forming and establishment of the economical relationship with account of economic and juridical independence of the economical partners; elaboration of the system of settlement payments and mechanism of pricing inside the integrated formation; elaborated of the system of distributional relationship directed to the further cooperation and integration process. It is rational to maintain steps of the system analysis during evaluation of cooperation and integration system in VSC: 1) identifying of the cooperation system frames; 2) identifying of the super-system for this system which includes this system as a sub-system; 3) identifying of the system characteristics and directions of development; 4) identifying of the explored system's role in each super-system; 5) revealing of the real composition and structure of the system, identifying of its components and correlations between them; 6) identifying of the role of each system's element in its central aim implementation, revealing of the relative misfit and contradictions in case of different hierarchic system levels; 7) revealing of the integrate factors; 8) identifying of the all possible connections, communication of the system with the environment; 9) consideration of the studied system in the dynamics. Analysis and scientific generalization of the economical processes in VSC are necessary to be conducted from the point of view of the system analysis methodology.

Ruso. Обоснована необходимость использования системного подхода при исследовании овощепродуктопого подкомплекса (ОП). Указано, что рассмотрение ОП как системы требует анализа определенных закономерностей: взаимодействия части и целого; иерархической упорядоченности систем; развития. Определено, что экономическое взаимоотношение между с.-х. товаропроизводителями и перерабатывающими предприятиями ОП должно осуществляться в следующих направлениях: разработка рациональной структуры кооперированного или интегрированного образования; планирование, формирование и установление экономических отношений с учетом полной хозяйственной и юридической самостоятельности партнеров по хозяйственным связям; разработка системы взаиморасчетов и механизма ценообразования внутри интегрированного образования; разработка системы распределительных отношений, направленных на дальнейшее развитие процесса кооперации и интеграции. При анализе систем кооперации и интеграции в ОП целесообразно соблюдение этапов системного анализа: 1) определение границ системы кооперации; 2) определение надсистем для данной системы, в которые входит данная система в качестве подсистемы; 3) определение характеристик и направлений развития надсистем; 4) определение роли исследуемой системы в каждой из надсистем; 5) выявление фактического состава и структуры системы, определение ее составных частей и связей между ними; 6) определение роли каждого из элементов системы в осуществлении ее центральной цели, выявление взаимных несоответствий и противоречий в целях разных иерархических уровней системы; 7) выявление интегрирующих факторов; 8) определение всех возможных связей, коммуникации системы с внешней средой; 9) рассмотрение исследуемой системы в динамике. Анализ и научное обобщение экономических процессов в ОП необходимо проводить с точки зрения методологии системного анализа.
