The justification of the use of microwave radiation to dry flax in the tape | Обоснование целесообразности использования СВЧ-излучения для сушки льнотресты в ленте

Inglés. The subject of research is the regularity of the process of microwave drying flax straw (FS). The object of our research is a flax variety, Marilyn. The design of proposed device for microwave drying of flax is offered. Experimental studies were carried out by three stages: determination of losses of microwave power and magnitude of leakage of microwave radiation depending on the later thickness of FS; determination of the uneven distribution of microwave energy by the volume of extra dried material; research of the process of FS drying in the drying chamber. At the 1-st stage a container of water with an initial temperature of 17 deg.C was placed into the chamber. At different positions of a flap the magnitude of leakage and the temperature of the water were measured. At the 2-nd stage a portion of the FS was placed in the drying chamber and dried at a maximum power of 750 W for 3 minutes at different positions of the flap in the drying chamber, then the temperature of FS at several points was determined. At the 3-d stage samples of FS were placed in the drying chamber and dried with different capacities (750 W, 455 W, 160 W) to a moisture content of 12% with a closed drying chamber and opened to 6 cm ( the thickness of the FS layer), during the experiments, measured was the moisture content of FS in accordance with GOST R 53143-2008, as well as its temperature. The replication of experiments is three times. It is determined that the greater the height of the inlet and outlet windows of the chamber, the longer you need to dry the material, and the greater the amount of harmful radiation. The temperature difference between the drying object in the open and closed chamber is 20 deg.C (19%), and the leakage of microwave radiation increases from 0.5 mW/sq cm to 3.2 mW/sq cm (84%). It is determined that the heating of FS by volume in the drying chamber is not even, but any patterns of distribution of microwave power over are not observed. In the closed chamber the drying process is more intensive, whereby the temperature of FS when dried in the closed chamber in the same time periods are higher. Drying time in the fully closed chamber is reduced from 180 s to 120 s (by 33%) and from 100 to 60 (by 40%) when the used power of the microwave radiation is 750 watts, respectively.

Ruso. Предмет исследований: закономерности процесса СВЧ-сушки льнотресты (ЛТ) в ленте. Объект исследований – лен сорта Мерилин. Предложена конструкция установки для СВЧ-сушки ЛТ. Экспериментальные исследования проводились в три этапа: определение потерь СВЧ-мощности и величины утечек СВЧ-излучения в зависимости от толщины слоя ЛТ; определение неравномерности распределения СВЧ-энергии по объему досушиваемого материала; исследование процесса сушки ЛТ в сушильной камере. На 1-м этапе в камеру помещали емкость с водой с начальной температурой 17 град. С и при разных положениях заслонки измеряли величину утечек и температуру воды в течение 1 мин. На 2-м этапе в сушильную камеру помещали навеску ЛТ и сушили её при мощности 750 Вт в течение 3 мин при разных положениях заслонки сушильной камеры, затем определяли температуру ЛТ в нескольких точках. На 3-м этапе навеску ЛТ сушили при разной мощности (750 Вт, 455 Вт, 160 Вт) до влажности 12% при закрытой сушильной камере и открытой на 6 см (толщина слоя ЛТ), в процессе опытов измеряли влажность ЛТ в соответствии с ГОСТ Р 53143-2008, а также её температуру. Повторность опытов – трехкратная. Выявлено, что с увеличением высоты входного и выходного окон камеры (толщины слоя ЛТ) увеличивается длительность сушки и величина вредных излучений. Разность температур объекта сушки при закрытой и открытой камере составляет 20 град. С (19%), а утечки СВЧ-излучения увеличиваются от 0,5 мВт/кв.см до 3,2 мВт/кв.см (на 84%). Определено, что нагрев ЛТ по объему в сушильной камере идет весьма не равномерно, но закономерности распределения СВЧ-мощности по объему навески не наблюдается. В закрытой камере процесс сушки идет интенсивнее, благодаря чему температура ЛТ при сушке в закрытой камере в аналогичные периоды времени выше. Время сушки при полностью закрытой камере снижается со 180 с до 120 с (на 33%) и со 100 с до 60 с (на 40%) при используемой мощности СВЧ-излучения 160 Вт и 750 Вт соответственно.
