The influence of grass additive on the basis of Urtica dioica L. and Stellaria media L. in feeding of japanese quails on parameters of generation of active forms of oxygen by their whole blood cells | Влияние травяной добавки на основе крапивы двудомной (Urtica dioica L.) и звездчатки средней (Stellaria media L.) в кормлении японских перепелов на параметры генерации активных форм кислорода клетками их цельной крови

Inglés. The increase of immunoresistance of bird organisms by means of feed additives on the basis of vegetable raw materials remains pressing issue in poultry farming. The purpose of the study was the research of influence of grass additive on the basis of nettle (Urtica dioica L.) and starwort (Stellaria media L.) used in feeding of Japanese quails on parameters of generation of the active forms of oxygen (AFO) by cells of their whole blood. Three groups of egg-producing birds, 17 days old, of Japanese breed were created, 10 birds in each. The control group ate complete compound feed for quails. In the first experimental group 3% of the nettle flour (NGF) was added to the mass of the main diet. In the second experimental group the component grass additive (2% of the starwort flour and 1% of the NGF.) was used. The analysis of functional activity of cells was carried out in whole blood of quails aged 70 days. Grass additives increased functional activity: the total volume of generation of lucigenin-dependent AFO increased by 1.3 times in the first experimental group and by 2.3 times - in the second one. By means of the hemiluminescent analysis the decrease in volumes of spontaneous production of AFO and stimulation of volumes of the in vitro induced production of AFO was found. When using NGF in feeding of Japanese quails the activation index of luminol- and lucigenin-dependent AFO increased respectively by 2.15 and 2.54 times, and when using the component grass additive - by 1.22 and 1.54 times. The conclusion is that used additives influence the reactivity of nonspecific resistance system of bird organisms, increasing potential ability of blood cells to generate the AFO, NGF in greater degree.

Ruso. Повышение иммунорезистентности организма птиц с помощью кормовых добавок на основе растительного сырья остается актуальным вопросом птицеводства. Цель работы – изучение влияния травяной добавки на основе крапивы (Urtica dioica L.) и звездчатки (Stellaria media L.) в кормлении японских перепелов на параметры генерации активных форм кислорода (АФК) клетками их цельной крови. Были сформированы три группы 17-суточных перепелят яйценоского направления породы Японская, по 10 голов в каждой. Контрольная группа употребляла полноценный комбикорм для перепелов. В первой опытной группе к массе основного рациона добавляли 3% травяной муки из крапивы (КТМ). Во второй опытной группе использовали компонентную травяную добавку (2% травяной муки звездчатки и 1% КТМ). Проводили анализ функциональной активности клеток цельной крови перепелов 70-дневного возраста. Травяные добавки повышали функциональную активность: суммарный объем генерации люцигенинзависимых АФК увеличился в 1,3 раза в 1-й опытной группе и в 2,3 раза – во 2-й. С помощью хемилюминесцентного анализа выявлено снижение объемов спонтанной продукции АФК и стимуляция объемов индуцированной in vitro продукции АФК. При использовании в кормлении перепелов КТМ индекс активации люминол – и люцегиненизависимых АФК повысился соответственно в 2,15 и 2,54 раза, а при использовании компонентной добавки – в 1,22 раза и 1,54 раза. Сделан вывод, что использованные добавки влияют на реактивность системы неспецифической резистентности организма птиц, повышая потенциальные возможности клеток крови к генерации АФК, причем КТМ – в большей степени.
