Research of zinc content in spinach in Thai Nguyen city

Researching zinc content in the watercress at four places in Thai Nguyen city with two harvest time shows: (1) Four study points have slightly acidic soil (pH by 5.29 - 5.46), zinc content by 76.23 - 148.27 mg/kg; neutral water (pH by 6.16 - 6 54), zinc content by 0.79 -1.34 mg/liter, (2) In terms of soil not zinc pollution, slightly polluted zinc in water as that zinc content (by from 1.58 to 2.68 times compared with the permitted limit) in the spinach ranged from 4.03 to 6,96 mg/kg depending on the study point, harvest and parts of the plant: by from 40.30 to 69.60% compared with the permitted limit; harvest in April when is higher than one in February is 0.935 mp/kg, corresponding to 19.51%. higher; in the trunk where is higher than in the leaf is 2.045 mg/kg, corresponding to 35.17% higher. (3) Spinach ''dislikes sucking' zinc.
