The structure of the seed yield of broad beans in the south central zone of the south of the Central Black Earth region | Структура семенной продуктивности бобов овощных в условиях юга центральной зоны Черноземья

Inglés. The aim of the work was to study the components of seed production in different varieties of broad beans (Vicia faba L. var. major Harz) cultivated in the South Central zone of the Chernozem region (Belgorod). Four varieties of broad beans ('Belorusskie', 'Velena', 'Russkie chernie', 'Aquadul') have been under study. Components of seed production and the biochemical composition of seeds were determined. Height of first fruit attachment optimal for mechanical harvesting (20-25 cm) is characteristic for all studied varieties. Weight of a bean, according to the coefficient of variability, equal to 45%, was very variable among varieties, reaching a maximum in 'Velena' variety. The length of fruit ranged from 9 to 13 cm; the variability level was moderate (V=20%). Seeds performance is determined not only by fruit size, but by other components such as 1000 seed weight. Domestic broad bean varieties has high protein content in the seeds, about 30. Contents of nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and iron is higher in the cotyledons than in the skin. Dark purple color of the seed in 'Russkie chernie'varieties is the result of anthocyanin biosynthesis in seed peel that is useful for human organism.

Ruso. Целью работы было изучение структуры семенной продуктивности разных сортов бобов овощных (Vicia faba L. var. major Harz) в условиях юга Центральной зоны Черноземья (г. Белгород). В 2014-2016 гг. исследована структура семенной продуктивности 4 сортов (Белорусские, Велена, Русские черные и Аквадул) и определен биохимический состав семян. Оптимальная для механизированной уборки высота прикрепления первого боба (20-25 см) характерна для растений всех изучаемых сортов. Масса боба, судя по коэффициенту вариации, равному 45%, отличалась сильной изменчивостью по сортам с максимумом у сорта Велена. Длина боба варьировала в пределах 9-13 см и характеризовалась средней степенью изменчивости (V=20%). Размерами бобов определяется не только семенная продуктивность бобов овощных, но и ее важные компоненты, такие как масса 1000 семян. Cорта овощных бобов отечественной селекции отличаются высоким (около 30%) содержанием белка в семенах. Содержание азота, калия, фосфора, железа выше в семядолях, чем в кожуре. Темно-фиолетовая окраска семян сорта Русские черные обусловлена биосинтезом полезных для организма человека антоцианов в семенной кожуре.
